Issue:
If Autocad crashes or hangs and needs killing in task manager, starting the program after causes the usual devil of the 'License checkout timed out' box to make a grand appearance no matter how many times you re open - restarting the whole PC fixes this (this is not a fix and should not be ever considered one).
My current theory -
This license service runs independent of the main program, thus remains open after force closing Autocad. Opening Autocad again causes 2 of these license services to try and run- and thus... problems.
This needs fixing, especially as autocad has held the 'most likely to crash' award for as long as I've used it.
As for the developers of this licensing service, congratulations you have created a prime example of how not to do something.
