Education Licensing Problem

 am CIO here at TAS
I have a personal education account under the email address of hudkinsd@tas.edu.tw using the name of 何德青 . It is set with 2FA on my personal mobile ending557.
I have an management account under the email address of itmanager@tas.edu.tw with the name of IT Manager. It is set up with 2FA using a departmental mobile ending 416

We are using Maya 2019 and Mudblock 2019 as trial versions on stand alone stations.

I inadvertently downloaded them under the wrong address so the licenses are now in the wrong name. How can I best move the licenses for the school from the hudkinsd@tas.edu.tw account to the itmanager@tas.edu.tw account?

Never share email address here since its a world wide user public forum and doing so could lead to security issues.

Is there an issue what email address was used?  Or what is your concerns?
