Education license: Still saying my license expires soon even after I have renewed it

I have uninstalled AutoCAD 2022 and downloaded AutoCAD 2026 with a new education license.  When I go to view license details and enter the serial number/product key, the license expires in 3 days.

Hi @einfranco, maybe your software license hasn't been renewed yet. Would you please try the following steps?

To update your software license:

  1. Visit Autodesk Education Software Overview
  2. Select any software (maybe other than AutoCAD could work) and then choose your role.
  3. Click Submit and then select the Access Product option.
(Please note: you do not need to download the software—this step is only to renew your license.)

If you cannot solve the issue still, please contact the education support so they can look into your account. Please click the Ask the Assistant button on this support page.
