Education license script error.

I need to enter the request code on the site https://registeronce.autodesk.com/, but I cannot receive the activation code due to a script error.

1. Product execution
2. Click the Activate button
3. Enter the serial number and product key of the educational license
4. At this stage, the product is activated only when the activation code is received and entered into registeronce, but it does not proceed to the next due to a script error.

I have contacted the training agent 5 times with this problem but have not received an answer.

The script error does not appear when running the product. After entering the serial number of the educational license, I need to get the request code and enter it on the registeronce site, but here I get a script error.

Disconnecting from the Internet is useless. I've tried that method, but it's useless.

After receiving the serial number of the educational license, you must activate it to register. However, you will need a request code during activation. A script error occurs while receiving the request code. So there is no way to activate it.

i have the same Problems here with activation Autocad Architecture 2021 since January. No help from Support, only "autopmatic replys" from autodesk and the info to go to "registeronce". But like your post: I run in circles.

So, if anybody has an idea to fix this problem, it would be nice to post here.

Sorry for the difficulty you're experiencing with this error. This sounds like an issue that I've learned our engineering team is investigating. 

If you have any screenshots of the error message that you can share in this thread, that would be helpful.

Hi,

i've fixed it by finding the activation code deep in the Autodesk folder in one .log file.
This code i've typed in on my Autodesk Account and register it and after that everything was fine. Activation of Computers is no Problem since this.
