Education license: Notified my subscription has expired, though it's active until December

I have a student license for AutoCAD and it expires in December 2025. I was using the AutoCAD 2024 version for Mac, but I received a message saying that my subscription has expired. I deleted the 2024 version and tried both 2024 and 2026 with a clean installation, but the situation is the same.
