Education license: Max Verification Attempts + SSA Access

I am given the error pop-up of "maximum number of verification attempts was reached and we were unable to confirm your eligibility for educational access to Autodesk products . Please contact support if you need to try again."

I have tried contacting SheerID with no results.

Hi @a024562696GXXG, please contact Autodesk education support to reset your account by clicking the Ask the Assistant button on this support page. Once it gets reset, you can re-apply for an education license/renewal. Thank you.
