Educatinal licence expired

Good evening,

I'm having a problem with my Autodesk student license. I received an email to renew my subscription, which I did, and received a confirmation email. However, since then, after opening AutoCAD, the software tells me my license has expired, despite the confirmation email I received a week ago.

The accounts and email addresses used are the same. When I go to the product page in my account, it also indicates that my license has expired. This means that my license renewal request, despite the confirmation email, hasn't been updated in my Autodesk account.
Do you know what to do in this case?
Thank you for your help.

Hi @alexisgenevray, it may be because your software license hasn't been renewed yet. Would you please try the following steps?

To update your software license:

  1. Visit Autodesk Education Software Overview in incognito/private mode
  2. Select software not installed on your device and then choose your role.
  3. Click Submit and then select the Access Product option.
(Please note: you do not need to download the software—this step is only to renew your license.)

If you cannot solve the issue still, please contact the education support so they can look into your account. Please click the Ask the Assistant button on this support page.

Hi,

I found out a solution : use my other studen email (from another school) to create a new account, to have access to Autocad licence.

Thank you for your time.

best regards,

Alexis
