Dear all, after getting the system error message "Your educational software access period has expired. If you still meet the eligibility requirements, you can request access again." I renewed my access period successful on https://www.autodesk.de/education/edu-software/overview?sorting=featured&filters=individual. But the error message on inventor ist still there.
What do I have to do to change the behavier?

Hello @bernd_rosemann

I recommend resetting the Inventor license by conducting the steps in, "How to change or reset a license for Autodesk software".

Hallo natasha.l
I intended to do what you suggested. After starting inventor 2023 the behavior changed without doing anything. The blue sign "access expired" at the upper-right next to the username disappeared, Inventor is now working again.
Then I tried to start Revit 2023 and the behavior differs from inventor. In Revit I get the blue warning symbol access expired at the upper-right next to the username anymore.

Hi @bernd_rosemann,

Educational licenses are not currently syncing to the new educational access expiry date.

The solution is to get a new license from the education page by downloading the installer - you do not need to run the installer, just download it on the education page as the license fetching process is tied to the same button.

Hi Leo
thanks for supporting me. Unfortunately downloading the installer did not help.

After downloading, I've got as receipt like "you are good to go! You can install and use Revit until your educational access ends on ..." Sincerely Autodesk

Hi @bernd_rosemann,

From what you copied, you downloaded the Revit installer and not the Inventor installer of the version you are using.

Hi Leo,
you are right, I did it for revit because of the same behaviour like inventor before.
After getting licence access for inventor without doing anything, i tried the sugessted procedere for revit, which did not change the license access in revit after dowloading the revit installer. Whithin one day delay it is also working on revit. Maybe I did the download of the inventor installer any days before opening the support case on trying to solve the problem by myself. That may be is the reason why I noticed inventor license is back without doing anything.

Thanks a lot.
