Download AUTOCAD, but it does not install

I have been trying to install AutoCAD for 2 hours. Every time I download it, it does not install. It just downloads and does not install. I am a student and I signed up using my student account. Not sure why it is not getting installed on my desktop. Its windows 8 Dell. I tried several versions (2019,2018,2017) but always the same issue. It just appears for a second and then goes away. I tried to use Chrome, explore, FireFox and I always get the same result. I also restarted the computer but that did not help.

windows 8 isn’t a supported OS for all three of those versions

Hello, 

Sorry, it is actually 8.1 not 8. I checked to make sure. It should work then. But  I do not know why it is not working

Are you running as Admin with UAC disabled as it seems something is blocking the install?

I tried to look up the file names and find solutions for them, but I am not sure. This is the report I am given every time I try to install a student version of the autodesk on my 8.1 Dell window
