ArtCAM has been discontinued by AD, if you have a perpetual license and need to download the program for some reason then this, I believe, is possible (sorry I do not know the location of the downloads, someone else will have to provide that).
I understand they are no longer supporting it but have they removed the ability to use or purchase the software entirely? Adobe Fireworks hasn't been supported in over 15 years and I can still purchase and download it to use from Adobe.
AC is no longer sold and support is limited. The only folks who can use the software are those who had licenses at the time of the discontinuation of sales. That being said there is a company called Carveco which supposedly has come to an agreement with AD and they will eventually be developing and selling a new version of AC. More may be found out about this at https://carveco.com/
I should mention that there is no published time frame for Carveco going live.
