Different Licenses on Same Computer

I have an educational license that I use for school.  I mostly use Fusion and Revit. My brother will be visiting and has a commercial license for Revit.  He may need to work on my computer, but I want to know if that will cause a conflict.  Can I sign out of the student license and have him sign in with his commercial?

That doesn't work, sorry.

You'll need to create a unique WindowsOS log-in for them, that would be the safest from the Autodesk Licensing hawks IMHO.
