Didn't receive Serial number and product key after Purchase of AutoCAD LT 2019

Hey there!!

 

I just paid for an AutoCAD LT 2019  3 -year subscription and didn't receive any Serial number or Product key or any other details. The order number is 1593249. Purchased on Nov 5 2018. Please help me with this.

Welcome to the community!

 

I just emulated your account and can see the AutoCAD LT 2019 license therein. Your license is Autodesk ID based and does not have a serial number.

 

To activate the software, select the 'Single-user' option on the 'Let's Get Started' screen and sign in using your email address and Autodesk account password.

Hello Rob,

 

The below screen pops up when I click on the the AutoCAD LT desktop app. And when I click on the "enter a serial number" button. The adjacent windows pops up. It never asked me to sign in

Hello @Anonymous, 

 

This option to Sign-in should appear, it maybe due to a connectivity issue or the licensing/LGS files were not generated properly. Did you install with a Windows Administrator profile with full control permissions? 

 

Please verify the following: 

  1. Log in & install with a Administrator profile (check your permissions, full control) or create a new profile
  2. Make sure you have an uninterrupted & high-speed connection to the internet
  3. Clean out the TEMP folder. To open the TEMP folder, type %TEMP% in the address bar of Windows Start Menu and hit Enter (Windows)
  4. Temporarily disable security settings like Antivirus, Firewall & UAC on your Windows operating system
  5. Conduct the steps outlined here, 'Sign-in' option is missing during program activation process
  6. Also, make sure the licensing files were generated click here >No "Single User/Sign In" option in the Let's Get Started window or System Error Repair
