Device limit reached

We have one subscription with 2 licences, however we can only use one program before device limit reached box appears on the other machine. Licence is up to date for the last 15+ years and the problem only started last week. Any help would be appreciated.

Regards

Simon

You have to assign each license to a specific user first: if you both only use the one log-in then you are only using one-license. It's newly enforced, started last week, we got emails about it from Autodesk in our office, not sure about others, perhaps you missed yours. Also posted here where you are posting

I have similar issue. Logged in under SSO contract.

Multiple device access was always available in previous years as long as you had the number of seats assigned.

Now I'm trying to access 3ds Max on 2 Stations, but can not even though I have 2 collections and 1 Flex Tokens assigned to me. I can not access more than one seat of 3dsMax, when I have no other Autodesk product running on either station.

I should have 3 seats of Max to use at my choosing given the assignments.

Many on my team need to work in this fashion. we bought the Subscriptions. Why the Limitations?

(The latest 2025 version are installed, including the lates Autodesk Access App 2.13v.)
