Design Review 2011 was a windows installer package.

So generally you can uninstall silent. But if you have installed in the past the "bundle" you have also to uninstall the browser plugins from Design Review and DGN, JT plugins.

I have to check which uuid's the packages had, then I can explain you how to silent uninstall all parts if you want ?

Let me know.
