Custom install isn't available

Hi

when i go to custom install, i can see my autocad 2022 version. But every time i select it, i get a customization isn't available. im the administrator, so i should have the permissions for it. what could be wrong ?

Your Autodesk account is in default

You need to open a support request

i found the error myself. im from denmark, and my autodesk language setting was danish.

so i switched to english, and everything worked afterwards.
