Creating an education account - Verification email wasn't sent

Hi,

I'm attempting to create an account on the education side of Autodesk in order to download my certificate I received for a course.

I created an account and I never received my verification email. I assumed I input my email wrong so I tried a second account under a different email, even with this I never received an email.

Any help with finding a fix would be appreciated.

This may very well be the wrong forum thread to be posting this in, so my apologies if that is so.
