Hi

I'm sorry to hear that you've been having problems with your installation.  Let's remove the Autodesk Trusted Storage file. This is a licensing file and looks like this:

ADSKFLEX_NUMBERS_TSF.data

It should be located here:  C:\ProgramData\FLEXnet   Delete this file.  Restart the program and a new one should be created for you.

Give this a try and do not hesitate to reply to this post if you have a problem.

Thanks for taking part in our community forum!

Hi hijjawi.

Unfortunately, Windows 10 is not yet an officially supported operating system across the Autodesk product line.  However, some users have found the instructions for a workaround at this post to be a successful solution to installing Autodesk products on a Windows 10 system.

http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/autocad-architecture-general/this-is-how-to-install-autocad-2015-to-wi...

Please proceed with caution.  Product Support will provide their best effort to assist customers who have issues with current Autodesk products running on Windows 10.

Please post back and tell me how you made out if you attempt the workaround.

Regards,
