Convert a quarterly subscription to a monthly subscription

I have a quarterly subscription that will expire on Monday, July 6th.  The end-user has asked that this subscription be extended for one more month.  Is there a method for adding a month to an existing quarterly subscription?  Do I need to purchase a new monthly subscription, then enter the new serial number and product key in the existing installation?

There maybe an option to renew by 1 month only.

The only option that was offered through the Management page was to renew through our reseller.   The reseller explained that the smallest increment that they can handle is quarterly.  They cannot handle monthly subbscriptions.

Today the quarterly subscription is no longer listed on my Management page.

That is correct, resellers can help with quarterly and longer subscriptions, but do not use monthly ones. You can purchase through us directly for monthly since your current quarterly subscription is expiring today. I saw this was for AutoCAD LT, so I have a link to the purchase page below:

You can also toggle your auto-renewal on and off to meet your needs. So long as you continue to renew, it will not expire.  However, once the license does expire you will need to purchase a new one.
