Contact your administrator to request permission to use this product

I restarted my computer and now whenever I open my Autodesk 3ds Max 2019, I get the following dialog box: 

"Contact your adminstrator to request permission to use this product."  I have a looming deadline today, and scheduling a support call 2 days from now is not going to work for me.

Welcome back to the forums. 

Please make sure the Contract Manager that manages the main account has Set Up & Managed Users properly or try Resetting and Changing Your Autodesk Account Credentials.
