I think I know the Answer.

Is Combine deployment tool is only for combining 64 and 32 bit version of same product?

I was hoping to combine civil3d-Raster-AVT into a single. Is that possible?

the combine deployment is for 32 bit & 64 bit deployments

i do not know of way to create a combined deployment of different products possibly could be done with a script

its not a true combined deployment of different products
