CMH Software Constructor .LAD to .DWG Conversion

I have some CMH Software Constructor .LAD drawings. Constructor can export to .DWG but I only have AutoCAD. Does anyone know of another way to convert the files without buying Constructor software? I emailed CMH Software and they do not have separate conversion utilities.

None that I'm aware of but I will tag @Darin.Green, @DarrenP, and @Todd_Rogers to see if they know of any other way..

nothing from Autodesk that i know of can open .lad files

this may require the constructor software to convert
