Cloud based access

My students and I uploaded the verification letter and they were granted a 1 yr. education license but they are not able to use the cloud based version of Fusion 360. We don't have the option to select New> Fusion Design.  We have the New Folder option but that doesn't allow us to create a new design from the cloud based version.  Is there something else I need to do on my part to be able to use the cloud based version of Fusion 360?  Attached is a screen shot of what my account and my students account looks like.

Hi @Anonymous,

Fusion 360 is cloud-based but still requires the Fusion 360 downloaded onto your computer (Although Chromebooks have a separate process).

Are these student computers or school-owned computers?
