This is not Autodesk.. This is mainly a peer to peer network where users are assisting other users like yourself.
As a user who supports this forum let me ask you this: I see that you are a teacher.. Did you create an educational account associated to your school or did you select student (license)? If you access your Autodesk Account what type of license is listed for Navisworks? Does it state Student License? If so you can't be using student license in school and as a teacher. You will need to create a new educational account and request educator or IT Admin. That way you can request "X" number of license for your school. Your current account cannot be switched and your new account will need new credentials.
Update: Also as far as I know.. The Autodesk Educational Support team doesn't do live chatting. You have to contact them here and they will get back to you.
