Changes SSD then my serial Number not use.

Hallo All
Because the SSD has been replaced, I can't use the serial number.

 

I can't transfer the license because the SSD is gone.

 

Can anyone help me with this problem?

What license do you have? Standalone perpetual/subscription? Which product and version?

For subscription products that you have the installation media for, just install and activate from scratch as you did the 1st time.

For perpetual licenses you might need to request a manual activation code from AVA, provided that the product activation is still supported for your version.

What happens if you just try to activate it on the new PC?

 

Make sure if you have a Serial number or if it's changed over to a Sign In activation (if you're on subscription)

My laptop is not replaced, only the SSD that I replaced.
