I currently have a student plan, but I have graduated and am now working as an educator at the same institution.
I have tried to verify my status as an educator. However, I cannot find a way to change my educational role from "Student" to "Educator" in my account.
From other forum posts, I understand that contacting support is the recommended way to resolve this issue, and that @LeoWarrenADSK often assists users in similar situations.
