Cannot View Open Support Cases

I am not able to view my open support cases. When I go to my account home page and click on the link to view open support cases, I am taken to a page that says:
We are down for maintenance. Sorry for the inconvenience. We'll be back shortly.
I have gotten this message for over a week. I've tried clearing cookies and using different browsers but nothing works; I still get the same message. Another person at the same company is able to view their support cases in their Autodesk account.
