Cannot log in – old account only had username (no email)

Hello,

I have been using Fusion 360 for years with the username.
When I created the account, Autodesk only required a username, not an email address.

Now the login page only accepts email, and none of my current emails are recognized, even though I still receive Autodesk newsletters.

At this point I cannot log in at all. Could a moderator please help me recover my account and link it to a valid email address?

Hi @oscargalego, I'm not a technical staff so I'm not sure if this reply helps you or not but when you access the security page on this profile page, do you see an email address registered on your Autodesk Account? Would you please try to log into Fusion with that email address and a password?
