Cannot install Fusion 360

I downloaded a file named below from Fusion web site.

When I clicked on install, a windows pop up for half a second and then it disappear. Fusion 360 was never installed in my computer

• If possible, disable your Anti-virus application
• Disable Malware scanning utilities
• Make sure you have full admin rights to your machine
• Clean out your personal temp (%temp%) folder by deleting as many files and folders as possible.  You will not be able to delete them all but delete those you can.
• Make sure pop-up blocker is disable for your browser
• If possible (and preferred), install while hard wired connected to your router/network/internet
• Also does your machine meet the system requirements for Fusion 360?
