Cannot add my school for multi license install anymore?

Did they change this? I set up my edu account (a new one) yesterday. I go look for multi-user license and the option was literally gone..

I created a new account and no option either. Installation is already heard enough because our school filters block the exe installer..

I really needed this in my lab quickly when the IT people were here and not its going to take even longer. Does anyone know why this is happening?
