Cannot Activate my Recap Pro annual subscription

Cannot Activate my Recap Pro annual subscription that I was given by Leica BLK360 LIDAR Dealer.

No email or phone support from Autodesk because I am non-subscriber.

I temporarily activated a Student License. Now I cannot change my license type. I have a serial number.

 

Nothing more to add.

Might be easier to just uninstall / reinstall it and then use the Serial number in your Account manager

I ask as you purchased a license, therefore you should have a subscription.

I cannot do ANYTHING in my Account Manager.

Storage (free) is the only product I have there.

I cannot find a way to use my serial number there to activate Recap Pro.

 

BLK360 LIDAR Dealer left me on my own to deal with Autodesk Support.

If it's not in your account manager then they didn't set up your account properly and you need to go back to them.

 

it should be in your Account Manager if you're set up properly. (which it doesn't sound like you are)

Welcome to the Autodesk User's Community..

 

Usually you only get a 1 yr subscription and after that you have to subscribe to it.

 

Has it been a year since you obtain this product and license?

I got the License last week and the scanner a week before that.

Yes they should have it all set up in your account manager for you ...

To further clarify the issue please see the screenshots attached.

 

Once I click on "enter a serial number" the License Manager window disappears and never comes back with a field to enter the serial.
