can't download Education software

Student access has been confirmed. And Sign in through Education Community website. But can't access product download link, there is no "get started" button in any software block. Do you have any similar issues?download issue.

You need to click on that 'Get Started' button, then sign in and then the download buttons appear.

Look at this video, after logging in, the black tab should appear that reveals until what date you have access:

What product are you trying to download? 

Also, do you see it listed in your Account Manager yet?

Thanks. The problem had been solved after resetting account profile by support team.
