Hi everyone, I'm having a serious problem on my machine.
As soon as I start both my Autodesk products (AutoCAD and Revit, both 2025), I receive this error (sorry for Italian, it's my main language)
I tried the troubleshooting guide but it didn't work, I tried logging in with access but the buttons aren't working, tried both the guides but with no luck. I really don't know what to do. I also have a laptop where everything works perfectly.
All the things I've tried:
- Uninstall and reinstall of access
- Uninstall and reinstall of the licensing manager
- Clean uninstall of all Autodesk products
- Reinstalling windows
- Uninstalling recently installed apps to check if it was a conflict
I tried to do contact support but the chatbot brings me to a specialist which I'm not allowed to since I'm in a education program.
I really don't know what to do next, I'm temped to do a total wipe of my pc but I think it's an extremist move
