Can one User Account have assign licences from multiple admin accounts?

Hi

I have one User Account(work account) where my company admin assigned licence for me for Autodesk product from company Admin account.
Also I have my personal account where I has purchased licence for another Autodesk product. Can I assign this licence to my User Account? So Question is can one User Account have assign licences from multiple Admin Accounts?

Only a Primary Administrator or Secondary Administrator to a specific account can assign a User their account.
