Autodesk subscription

Hello,

I'm trying to download the timber framing app, but the page is telling me that i need to have a subscription to download it.

As far as I'm aware, I have a subscription but I cant find any indication of this on the autodesk account page, or any way of checking or upgrading to one.

Can you help me?

Hi @Anonymous and welcome to the Community!

Your Autodesk ID needs to be associated with Subscription, if it isn't, you will not be able to download that installer. Please note for 2016, the Extension is included in Revit Extensions.

Ideally you need the CM to invite you to the contract because creating your own ID no longer has the option to associate it with a Serial Number and the CM will need to invite you to the Contract Number. If this is not possible, have a word with your Reseller.
