Autodesk Registeronce website returns 901 error and 404

I'm trying to renew a license for Inventor CAM Ultimate 2021 but when I go to https://registeronce.autodesk.com/ after entering my AutoDesk username and password, I get `Your session has timed out or your transaction is completed. Try again. (901)` and if I click next I get a 404 error.

Is this an educational license? Is this a named user license?

It's for an educational license. It shows up on my account, but I when I click "Generate a Network License File" and then enter in our server information, the 2021 version does not show up. I've tried to access the registeronce website in Chrome, and Edge, but still receive the 901 error after entering in my username and password.

Interesting, so 901 probably means there is an issue with the site rather than you.

I'd recommend reaching out to educational support as they can get them registered for you.
