Autodesk Installation Diagnostic Error

I installed AutoCAD 2016 using Serial number and Product key , but after completing installation and restarting the laptop, when i opened it , it opened but there is a message showing '

'Write permission denied.Unable to create:
'C:\Users\HP\Appdata\Roaming\Autodesk\AutoCAD2016\R20.1\enu\support\acad.cuix

How to solve now . Also I got a mail where some Activation Codes are sent but I don't Know the procedure to be done next . So please help.

Please review Steps for Setting-Up Student Software it will guide you through the download, install & activation. 

The message is indicating a Windows User permission issue, users must have Full Control permissions (Administrator) to all files and folders in the C:\Users\USERNAME% directory and registry keys (HKEY_CURRENT_USER & HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE)

This issue may be due to theWindows 10 Creators Update & Defender that is restricting access to these user folders.
