We renewed our institution's educational license on June 3rd, stating it is valid until June 3, 2023. The serial numbers in our portal for our products are listed as identical to the previous install for our 2022 products... however, when used on a product, they all state they are expired. I have 2 cases open with support.. anyone have any thoughts or ideas on this? Seems like something with the renewal did not completely process. Thanks.
