Autodesk Desktop App won't load and disrupts functionality of the whole system

Today after rebooting my computer i've noticed that the mouse shows the blue windows loading ring every 2-3 seconds. When it happens the current active window becomes inactive, the mouse symbol blinks a few times and then the previous window becomes active again.

It took me a few minutes to determine that the Autodesk Desktop App was the culprit (i have a lot more useless crap installed) after i've noticed that the ACWebBrowser.exe process kept popping up and disappering during the disruption (along 3 other different ACWebBrowser.exe instances which didn't disappear).

After closing the desktop app from the windows tray the problem stopped. But after manually starting the app again the problem persisted, this time though the window was visible in the foreground. It was of solid color changing colors between gray, white and black, as it was trying and failing to load something. The window could not be minimized and it is trying to appear over the current active window every 1-2 seconds (the same issue that happens when autocad is loading up btw, VERY annoying).

This affects every programm in windows, and it makes the system almost unusable. You can't type even a short phrase or drag a drop something without being interrupted.

I realize that bug and glitches exist in every software, especially the ones which are being regularily updated, but maybe at least try and minimize how they affect other programms please.

Autodesk Desktop App has been replaced with Autodesk Access a couple of years ago. Just uninstall the Desktop App and if Autodesk Access happens to get installed - get rid of that too. Both apps aren't of much use - there are plans with Autodesk Access but it's not clear when it actually will be a useful app. For updates, just check out your Autodesk account every once in a while.
