Autodesk Desktop App "... updates are installed" NOT

I have done about all I know... Desktop App says all updates are installed.  But clearly they are not.

uninstalled, reinstalled, signed in, etcetera, etcetera.

Thoughts?

Why not just go to https://manage.autodesk.com ,log in, select the UPDATES link and download/install what you need, while you wait for an answer that will never come in a timely fashion for your query.

...then why post here at all?

 

I've always done it the way you suggest...   
But I could not keep Desktop App from getting installed although I religiously uninstalled it when I saw it.

... finally I gave up and started having users install updates from Desktop App.  Now all a sudden this method goes south.

ADA is shaky, always has been: works perfect some times, dies other times, effs up completely for some users, works seamlessly for others. Inconsistency is rampant.

Autodesk either needs to dump resources into it, or let it die. I guess they are busy redesigning corporates logos for new brochures instead 😐
