Autodesk Contract Manager account displays Team N/A, preventing the admin from assigning a Contract No to the Team

Every time our customers purchase a new license, their Autodesk Contract Manager account displays Team N/A, preventing the admin from assigning a Contract No to the Team. This is very frustrating, as customers can't assign their licenses and have to wait for a response from the Autodesk Support Team.
Trying to open a case in "Ask the Assistant" and trying to connect to livechat never connects.
Is there another way to access livechat without going through "Ask the Assistant"?
