i´m trying to install Autodesk Building Design Suite Premium 2013 in the Windows 8.1 but it doesn´t work. How to install it?

Based on the System requirements for Autodesk Building Design Suite 2013, this version is not fully supported on Windows 8.1, thus you will encounter issues in trying to install it. You may try installing it on a compatible Windows operating system instead, in this case, it would be Windows 7.
