Hello,

 

Every time I start up the computer this message appears:

 

AAM-error.JPG

 

I have tried some thinks, like uninstall Autodesk Application Manager. When I restart de computer the message is gone.

I have already made a new installation of Autodesk Application Manager, then the massage appears again.

 

This error message appears after an update of the Application Manager, a few day ago.

 

Does anyone else have the same problem.?

Does anyone know how to solve this problem.?

Hi,

We using Autodesk Building design suit prem 2015 and 2016

We have this problem still. No updates installed after 27.5.2015!!

 

AAM does not update.

I am able to run it as admin, but version it does not update anything.

I have tried update itself, but it says that installed version is newer than the one to be installed.

Stuck here.

 

I installed Autodesk Building design suit prem 2016, but no help.

 

We have all computers with suites installed infected.

 

Operating system is Win 7 prof sp1 64bit
McAfee Agent: 4.8.0.1938
McAfee VirusScan Enterprise + AntiSpyware Enterprise: 8.8.0 (8.8.0.1445)
 

Any ideas how to fix this for good?

Hi all,

 

Other solution : 

 

Uninstall Autodesk Application Manager.

Download and Install Inventor View 2017.

This will install "Autodesk Desktop App", that is the new "AAM".

This application will allow you to install fixes for 2016 programms too.
