Autodesk account add user not working

Hi,

I purchased Autocad LT 2015 yesterday, and yesterday it seemed to work just fine. When I opened it today I got the following message: "Contact your administrator to request permission to use this product". After searching the forums I figured that I might have to add a user on the Autodesk Account page. Now when I try to add myself with my name and email and click on save nothing happens, no user shows up. I tried different browsers, different email adresses, nothing works. Apparently other users have had the same issue, please have a look at my account and fix it. I urgently need to use Autocad for a project,

Best regards

Hi @Anonymous and welcome to the Autodesk Community!

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with your AutoCAD LT 2015 permissions.

I see you've opened a support case about this. I've forwarded your support case to our customer service team with high priority. They will contact you via email as soon as possible with a resolution.

Apologies again for the inconvenience.

I actually have the exact same problem, and I have opened a case 5 days ago and autodesk still hasn't gotten back to me.

Mine ended up being just a waiting game. It took them 48 hours to process
the request. 5 days seems way too long!

Im sitting on the same problem.
Cannot get past the "contact you administrator....." Page.
I am the administrator. I cannot add any users, just get an error.
I even tried reinstalling the software. Same thing. Cannot even use it in trial mode any more.
I'm beginning to rethink my purchase.

Actually finally got autodesk to fix it this morning. It's probably best to open a case and contact customer support. I'm still trying to get them to adjust my subscription because I lost a week waiting for them to actually let me use the product.
