Has anyone else had an issue with getting support help with Autocad software? I have had an issue accessing my software on my traveling laptop (not accessing this at the same time as my desktop) and this issue has been since Sept. 22. I have reached out to support on multiple occasions, I have pulled log files and sent, I have figured out a work around to limp and have shared this with support as well. I get emails from a support person asking to schedule and sent them a response and it will be another week before I get the same type of communication to schedule. I have asked for another support person. I have responded to Autodesk asking if this issue has been resolved. I am getting no where. Does anyone have any similar experience or advice on how to get through to someone that can help me fix my problem? So frustrating to pay for a software, have problems and be strung along on just scheduling a time to fix for over a month.
