Has anyone else had an issue with getting support help with Autocad software? I have had an issue accessing my software on my traveling laptop (not accessing this at the same time as my desktop) and this issue has been since Sept. 22. I have reached out to support on multiple occasions, I have pulled log files and sent, I have figured out a work around to limp and have shared this with support as well. I get emails from a support person asking to schedule and sent them a response and it will be another week before I get the same type of communication to schedule. I have asked for another support person. I have responded to Autodesk asking if this issue has been resolved. I am getting no where. Does anyone have any similar experience or advice on how to get through to someone that can help me fix my problem? So frustrating to pay for a software, have problems and be strung along on just scheduling a time to fix for over a month.

While you wait... two computers accessing the same exact single license of AutoCAD at the very same time is not an option, has never been, it's a licensing violation, but only in modern versions of AutoCAD have actually triggered one machine to not be able to login to use the software.

 

Is this the issue you are seeking a resolution to? Or something else?

Autocad LT for Mac 2026. The support person assigned to my case is Rahul Jain. My case number is 24868638.

Autocad LT for Mac 2026 is the version. Rahul Jain has been the support
person. I don't like to publish things like this but feel like I have
given this a long time to get resolved. September 22 and nothing has
been done on support side other than sending out the same email to
request a time to meet. I asked for another support person in case he is
busy or just can't help at this time but got nowhere with that either.

Hi Simon, this is what I sent to support along with my log files explaining what is happening.

 

I have done a clean uninstall on all Autodesk/CAD on my system. It was showing remnants of other versions from past. Once it showed NO Autodesk/CAD I reinstalled my subscription of AutoCAD lite 2026 for Mac. I am attaching my log files for you to look over. In this process have narrowed down that I can get my AutoCad subscription to work ONLY if I have Autodesk Lincesing and Sign-in Helper open and running. If I do not open this and have it running when I launch my CAD it crashes instantly and will not open. 

 

So, I am not getting any kind of an error it just starts to launch and then crashes unless I have the Sign-in Helper open and running.
