Apologies if this is the wrong board or anything like that, this is my first post here.
My version of AutoCAD is telling me that my student access has expired and it must be renewed. I've tried everything to renew it, but it's still not changing.
The "get products" page on the website says it has been renewed, but AutoCAD still doesn't recognize it. I've uninstalled and reinstalled (sometimes in incognito mode too) it multiple times, restarted my laptop, upgraded from AutoCAD 2022 to 2023, and spoke to a live chat member who just told me to reinstall it again.
This page was unhelpful to me, I either tried everything on here or was unable to do what it told me due to it just not being accurate; I was never given the option to confirm my eligibility this year and I never saw a "renew now" button.
I'm just really confused as to what to do; none of the videos on the Autodesk website were useful to me. Thanks in advance.
