Autocad Permanent license will only work when offline

I have an Autocad Permanent license that up until mid-2024 I could use without issues.
If my PC is on the internet and turn on AutoCAD,  there will be a notification that the license does not work. If I turn off the internet, the software works.
Reached out to tech support and was told that there is no technical support available for permanent license and that I should reach out into the forum's to see if there is a solution
any suggestions I'm all eyes.

I am an attorney and will file a class-action suit against Autodesk if they do not resolve my current issue of perennial (permanent) license sold with pre 2016 purchased software from Autodesk (in my case ACA 2013).  My AutoCAD Architecture 2013 desktop software was sold with a perennial license and there is no provision in the licensing agreement to charge for "license renewal".  As with many others, I paid thousands of dollars for this software from Autodesk and I'll be damned if I will allow them to demand more money - just because they LATER switched to a subscription-based program.  They do NOT have the legal right to suspend my access to a more than $10,000 piece of software, then say "sorry... we don't support perennial licenses any more!

we're all just users here so as they say in non legal language: you're barking up the wrong tree.

No. I am barking up the right tree as there are MANY others who have the
same issue and I want them to know that I will be spearheading a legal
contest on my AND their behalf!
