AutoCAD LT lagging and no CPU usage

Hi,

Haven´t used AutoCAD in a month or 2 and all of a sudden it is super laggy. takes a fwe seconds for every letter in commandline, cursor is lagging in an empty drawing template, CPU usage in task manager is 0.2% and GPU is 0% even when i try using the program. I have tried reinstalling and even downgrading to both 2026 and 2024 version. Still the issue persist. AutoCAD has never acted this way before and i haven´t done anything since my sub expired a few months ago but i have need for it again so i have re-subbed. 

Hardware acceleration is ON right now but i have tried turning it off in both versions ( 26 & 24 ) and no difference

I have a new rig since November with following specs:

AMD Ryzen 7 9600X3D

Nvidia Geforce 5080  16Gb

W10 Home
