AutoCAD lt 2021 licensing error and Autodesk desktop app failed to load URL. I have tried all the steps in https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/What-... but the error still exist.

FYI, i tried to update software via desktop app, but autodesk desktop app show failed to load URL error 138 and I reinstall again still cannot.
