AutoCAD LT 2013 Immediate Shutdown After Loading

I am experiencing an issue with my AutoCAD LT 2013, to where after the screen, the software immediately shuts down. To explain the situation, I have a the program installed on two PCs (one at the office, one personal at home), I am told that this is acceptable with my license type as long as they are not used simultaneously. The program worked for a time on my home PC until this current issue, I am having no issues on the office PC. I have already tried resetting to default settings, as well as remove and reinstall completely on my home PC. The error code readout I have is as follows:

8156 2017/08/02 18:03:52 Reason=Fatal error
8156 2017/08/02 18:03:52 ComputerName=DESKTOP-OTTTLC1

I spoke with customer service they said they could not help because my version of the program is too old. PLEASE HELP, THIS IS A HUGE HINDRANCE ON MY WORK.

PC Info is as follows:

Processor                 Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6600K CPU @ 3.50GHz
RAM                       16 GB
Video Card              NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070
Driver Version          22.21.13.8494
Operating System    Microsoft Windows 10 (build 15063), 64-bit

I even tried backdating my Video Card Driver Version, as I thought that might have something to do with it, it did not work either. Wondering if some hidden windows update might be causing the issue.

Hello

Welcome to the Autodesk / AutoCAD Forums !

1) As you must know ACAD version 20XX-2014 (even 2015 is not guaranted) is not at all supported on Windows 10

https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad/learn-explore/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Windows-...

2) You could try to update your ACAD LT 2013 shortcut with the option  /NOHARDWARE   !?

Clic on the shortcut

Right Button

At the END the Target Filed, please add the option:

  /NOHARDWARE

With at least ONE blank/space before writing  /NOHARDWARE

3) Have you updated your ACAD LT 2013 with the SP2 ?

Regards, Patrice
