AutoCAD is asking for serial number for educational subscription

I have an educational subscription for students, when they download it, it asks for a serial number?  Can anyone tell me where this serial number is located, I can't find it in my emails or on my AutoDesk account.

Thank you for the links, when I click on the first one it gives steps for install for version 2017-2019.  The second link is for 2021 free trail.  As an educator I have students subscriptions to give out.  With 2022, it wants me to send students invites to the program through their email, then they click on the invite to download the program.  The program downloads great, but when they click on the AutoCAD icon on their desk top it puts a window up asking for the serial number to continue.

Serial Numbers have been retired for single-user educational licenses, you just use your Autodesk ID to activate.

Thank you for this information, is EDU Support through AutoDesk?  Or are you talking about me contacting our schools IT dept to fix this issue?

@ellen.bradley Autodesk EDU Support, accessed through your Autodesk Account log-in or here https://www.autodesk.com/education/support is a separate Autodesk team that is not affiliated with these forums (which are peer support only, aka end users helping other end users with an occasional/rare Autodesk staffer participation, for which you are always welcome to sit and wait for hours or days or weeks until that happens).

I am sure your schools IT dept may want input as well: that's something you'll have to investigate at your end.
